The newly-renovated rooms are a highlight, with trendy furnishings and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Belvedere Park and the Zoo. The staff are helpful and the cleaning staff are thorough, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near the big garden and its proximity to anywhere by taxi or the Metro system make it convenient for exploring the city.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Staff were generally good and the location was kinda close to the Medina (about a 20 min walk).
Compared to the rest of Tunisia, the hotel rate was fairly high for the standard of the room

The hotel staff was pleasant.
Pictures of rooms are not what you get (rooms are not updated). "Double beds" are two twin beds pushed together. Sheets not clean.

Excellent location near a big garden with a zoo and easy transportation access by taxi. The hotel also offers good facilities, with a wide range of TV channels in various languages and free and reliable WiFi in the room. Additionally, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good, despite the hot milk issue.
Nothing to mention.

A nice business hotel with satisfactory facilities. We stayed in a delux twin-bed room overlooking the Belvedere Park. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
It's a bit far from the centre of the medina but just 12 minutes walk to the tram station.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and nice, with some even having balconies overlooking a beautiful park, providing a spectacular view. The staff are friendly and provide attentive maid service, ensuring that everything is cleaned daily and that no details are overlooked. The location is also a plus, with easy access to the medina and center of the city using public transportation or taxis, as well as convenience stores and shops nearby.
All in all, this hotel met my expectations and I had a good stay.

Their internet connection was surprisingly efficient, which is a nice change for Africa.
Please do not call two twin beds pushed together a "king" bed. No one falls through the cracks in the middle of a king bed.

location
the staff attitude when trying to discuss the contradiction between the room classes. we have booked a superior room, however, they offered us a standard room. we asked also for a one big bed instead of 2 beds, and they were not collaborative at all. instead, they were unprofessional when taking with us.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can easily take a taxi to main attractions without spending too much money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We particularly appreciated the daily towel change and the lovely view from our room.
The food could have been better, especially the lunch and dinner buffet options. the front desk staff could have been more helpful and welcoming.

The view of the park from my Hotel was fantastic.
Poor quality service in general, poor quality staff with no consideration for their jobs, in 3 occasions I ordered the fod in my room and the food was delivered without the culteries, at the restaurant I sow a water turning bred around the basket with his hand, eating in front of clients, rooms were not clean at all, wardrobe doors falling apart, the glass door in room 510 could not be locked, toilet seat in room 604 not firmly fixed on the floor and staff were not plaisant at all, you could spot staff unhappyness in the air and lack of proffessionalism. Overall service rubish for the price paid.

The Ambassadeurs Hotel was a good place to stay, the beds are incredible!
The buffet breakfast was horrible! , the hotel is not well situated since is to far from the medina, souk and principal avenue that is nice to walk, there was a woman in the reception that was not nice at all since I made her questions about how to get to Sidi Abu Said and she answered in a bad mood, she doesn´t like occidentals, but the other guys in the reception were nice
